$350 house call with euthanasia: includes all addresses within 15 miles of Penryn Elementary School. Includes full sedation, IV catheter placement, and euthanasia drug administration. Includes physical exam and quality of life discussion prior if uncertainty about euthanasia. 

$139-$309 Private Cremation.  Varies by weight.  Remains are transported after visit by veterinarian to Heavens Gate Pet Memorial Center in Wheatland to be cremated.  The cremains of your individual pet will be available in 7-14 days and can be picked up at the Memorial Center or returned directly to your home for $50.  Veterinarian can take payment at time of visit and handle all arrangements for after care or you can make arrangements directly with cremation service ahead of time if you prefer.

$100-200 Communal Cremation.  No ashes are returned.  Remains are transported by veterinarian to Heavens Gate Pet Memorial Center in Wheatland or Loomis Basin Equine to be cremated.

A carved Rosewood box is the standard urn unless you make a different selection.  You may also contact Heaven's Gate to make any special arrangements ahead of time such as a specific urn, paw prints, etc.  I can also take these requests at the time of the visit.
